Ana « is iurtner oraerea tnat the said resolution be published in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, and having general circulation therein, and as required by law, and it is further ordered that notice be published in said newspaper, as required by law, for Thirty Days (30) showing the proposed new motor vehicle license, tax for the year beginning 15th of April, 1957, the purpose of such new tax is to provide a sinking fund to be earmarked “Building Program forSchools”. The rate of said new tax being Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each and every automobile and motor truck and Three Dollars ($3.00) for each and every motorcycle The date and place for the public hearing on the said proposed new county tax is set for Wednesday, March 20, 1957 at 10 O’clock A. M. at the Courthouse of said County, at Washington, Virginia. And the Clerk of this Board is directed to give notice of the proposed new tax by publication in the Rappahannock News for Thirty Days (30) prior to such public hearing, setting forth the date, time, place and purpose of such hearing.
