Rappa’k Chiefs Hold Annual
Spring Meeting
The Rappahannock Chiefs held their annual spring meeting on Wednesday April 3rd to make plans for their 1957 ball season.
Ned Settle was elected manager of the team with Roxie Clater, assistant manager.
■flie Chiefs will again be a member of the Massanutton League. Other members are Shenandoah, Stanley, Lurav, Front Royal and Flint Hill A. .
The ball clubs are meeting tonight (Thursday) at the Court House in Lurav to make the season’s schedule which will be published in next week’s paper.
The opening game of the season will be played April 19th.
