The object of this suit isj to quiet and establish title of Walter Slavik and Helen M. Slavik, .complainants in the above mentioned Bill of Complaint to certain lahas in the Jackson Magisterial District, Rapppahannock County, Virginia said lands containing 154 acref, a portion of said land having bieen obtained by the complainants, said Walter Slavik and Helen M. Slavik, through Mossie Brown, successor in title to James William Brown and the other portion having been obtained by said Walter Slavik «nu Helen M. Slavik through title from David W. Silvey, Lucy Silvey Fleming, and William R. Silvey.
