Presentation of the award to the winner from the Front Royal School was made on Thursday night, May 16th, at the P.T.A. meeting, by Robert Hayes, association president. The A. S. Rhodes winner will receive the award at the principal’s assembly later this month. The Otterburn School presentation will be made at the S. C. A. installation on May 30th.
In addition to the first three prizes,-a winner from each classroom submitting entries was chosen. These winners will each receive a special box of crayons in recognition of their work. These preparatory will be made in the classrooms by a board member of the association.
