The Carver Band and the Majorettes had a very enjoyable “Field Day”, May 4th as the parade along Main St. and Gay St., Washington, Va. ended at the Washington Elementary Sfchool- Everone fully enjoyed the high-stepmg gals and the somewhat thinned ranks of the Carver Band.
