Miss Addie Boyd and Ja&es Dcatherage of Washington, D. C. attended the funeral of Miss Nannie Dearing in Front Royal. Others from Flint Hill included Mrs. J. P. Cook, Mrs. M. R. Bradford, Sr., Mrs. Fannie Eastham, Mrs.. L. B. Burford, Miss Ruth Stevens and Mrs. John S. Browning.
The Ladies Auxiliary sponsored the 4-H Night Club as. they presented their two one-act plays for rhe second time Wednesday night. There were about forty people present and all were enthusiastic in applause. Louie Miller was a realistic Elvis Presley as he pantomined- that singer dong “All Shook Up” between the two plays.
Four-H members of Rappahannock County will meet in a Rural Life Sunday service at the Washington Baptist Church Sunday evening, May 26. This is an annual event. The Rev. Nicholson of Sperryville will be speaker for the occasion.
Boys and .girls of the MYF canvassed the community selling candy Friday evening and Wednesday evening to raise money toward the purchase of Hazel River camp, recently acquired by the Charlottesville District churches.
