A dwelling house and on tbuildings located on the West side of Main Street containing 0.24 acres more or less, as shown on a plat attached to a deed dateo May 8, 1587, from Lena A. Wayland, widow, to Rosa Bishop, recorded in Deed Book 40, at Page 354, among the land records of Rapppahannock County, Virginia, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the said property, and for other, further and general relief; and it apppearing from Affidavit in due form of law now filed that the Defendant, Taylor W. Bishop, is not a resident of the State of Virginia; that the last known poav office addresa of Taylor W. Bishop is 1812 G Street, N. W. Apt. 203 Washington, D. C..
