veteran before December 14, 1944 or at least 10 years before his death, and lived with him continously from date of marriage to the date of his death. If there was a separation it must not have been due to the fault of the widow.

The term “widow” of World War II means a woman married to the veteran on or before December 31, 1956, and she must also have lived continuously with him from marriage to date of his death.

A Korean widow must have married the veteran prior to February 1, 1965, and again there must be continuous living together.
