4-H Camp is the weelc of July 29th to August 3rd at Powell's Fort Valley. Rappahannock, Clark and Loudoun will camp together this year, so there will be three, fine groups of 150 boys and girls. This will be a grand opportunity to learn more about 4-H club work and of course to really enjoy yourself.
Our quota for camp this year is 40 and to date the following 4-H’ers have registered: Dorothy Taylor Davis. Mollie Smith. Tish Kilbv. Betty K. Kilby, Louis Miller, Dana Snead, Mark Black and Joan Hickerson.
A week at 4-H Conservation Camp at Virginia Beach is an opportunity for all older 4-H’ers. Attending Conservation Camp from our county July 15-20th are Terrv Davis.' Flint Hill; Randall Updike, Washington; Carolyn Brown. Sperrvville and Mrs. Barbara Gentry, Flint Hill (4-H leader). At camp the group will receive excellent training in junior leadership and conserving both human and natural resources.
