Each year thd Virginia Association, Future Homemakers of America, recognizes pHA chapters which have demonstrated, through thei leir activities and accomplishments, growth of individual members and services to <he homes, the school and the community. This recognition is made through the presentation of the Outstanding Chapter certificate which will be awarder at the Annual Convention to be held June 30—-July 2, 1959, at Hotel Roanoke, Roanoke, Va.
The Rappahannock Chapter has been selected by the Area Outstanding Chapter Committee for this recognition. This chapter was selected for its outstanding Program of Work, Committee participation by all members and an increase in membership (which this year numbered about 20).
