Eisenhower is asking that its life be extended two years.
When the Commission came before the House Appropriations Committee a few weeks ago, it reported that it had received through April 30, a total of 922 complaints. Of these, 114 were disregarded as “illegible, anonymous, a b u s . v e, etc.” Of the remainder,^ 10 claimed denial of voting rights and 498 involved other claimed rights.
