UNDER AND by Virtue of that certain deed of trust dated the 2nd day of April 1959, recorded in the Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, m Deed Book 65, page 40, from GERTRUDE WILLIAMS GRAY and GEORGE W. GRAY, both in their individual rights and as wife and husband, to the undersigned trustee (s), there having been default under said trust and the beneficiary thereof having directed execution thereof, the undersigned will, at the hour of 1:30 P.
