UNDER AND by Virtue of that certain deed of trust dated the 2nd day of April 1959, recorded in the Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, m Deed Book 65, page 40, from GERTRUDE WILLIAMS GRAY and GEORGE W. GRAY, both in their individual rights and as wife and husband, to the undersigned trustee (s), there having been default under said trust and the beneficiary thereof having directed execution thereof, the undersigned will, at the hour of 1:30 P. M. D. S. T„ 12:30 P. M. E. S. T, on Saturday, the 6th day of June, 1959, in front of the Court House at Washington, Virginia, sell by way of public auction for cash to the highest bidder the land covered by said deed of trust, the sarme being further described as follows:
