Continued from page four Peggy Pillar and Mrs. E. N. Montague. Everywhere we went we met each other. The new Methodist minister and family and the new Episcopal minister and his family are now settled In our county—We welcome you!
From what we can understand, 29 graduates of R.C.H.S. had to leavfe the county for jobs,when they would have much preferred staying home with their families.
Just saw Carlyle Lea drive by. Believe Sally was with him, but not sure.
John Turner is really enjoying his little English Ford. Its a cute thing. There are all kinds of small Cars now. Saw a real-pretty one at Johnny Clore*s yesterday.
Our deepest sympathy to the family of Kelly Updike. He was a good boy and a very promising one. Our thoughts are with his family.
It seems lately we have terrible news of some kind every weekend and in a small community when sorrow strikes a family it hurts us all.
Elizabeth DeBergh is happy. Jifnmie and his family are home. Know they will have a terrific time together.
The only trouble with the future is that it gets here quicker than it used to.
