reporting July 1, 1958. These re* ports are tabulated on i.B.M. machines in the statistical section of the U.S. Public Health Service Accident Prevention Program. The summaries of these reports designate the accidents according to types, severity, when, where and how they occurred: such as home, farm, school, factories, stores, recreation areas, highways, etc.

The second phase of the program began yesterday, July 1 1959, when an intensive .educational campaign began. This phase of the project which is. scheduled to last at least one year will be coordinated by Richard E. Gallaher Health Educator.
