(a' All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Wakefield Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Chester Gap, fronting on the roa.l leading to Blue Ridge Mountain Estates Section E, containing 37.80 acres, more oi' 1 ss, and being the same or identical real estate which was conveyed to the late J. S. Mahoney in his lifetime, by Deed dat'd August 19, 1946 from R. V. Snead, Special Commissioner, et al, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the ( irc.it Court of Rappahannock County, Vi ginia. in Deed Book 4-7 at page 425; and
-<b) All that certain tract o; parcel of land containing 3.95 feres, more o- less, lying and being sifua‘e one and one-ba;f miles south of Chester Gap in Wakefield Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as shown by niat and survey made b Lee Poe. Surveyor, of record in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 43 at page 202, and therein describ d as follows: BEGINNING at Figure (1) on map, a stake in old oid near an ash and in Herbert Wi Ji irr.s line, thence with Williams S. 33° E. 606 feet to (2) a stake near a large rock in Chester Gap Orchard Jine thence vi h same S. 86 %,W. 624 feet to (3) a stone to be planted thence leaving Chfester Gap Orchard line and run ning new line S. 28-% E. 3$0 feet to (4) a large rock, N. 3% W. 114 feet to (5) a stone to be planted, thence Ns 44-E. 222 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 3.95 acres, and being the same or identical real estate which was conveyed to the late Joseph S.
