At the regular December meeting of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors on Wednesday with alljnembefs present, Herbert Foster made a motion that the Board of Supervisors offer a reward of $500 fcjr information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for breaking anil entering the County Clerk’s office. A recorded vote was taken on the motion with « the following results: Herbrt Foster, A. H. Buckner, E. M. Jones, and L. H. Luttrell voting for it; E. M Estes against! it and H B. Wood not voting.

James W. Fletcher, an attorney in the county appeared before the board to discuss fire proofing and enlargement of the Clerk’s office for proper protection and safety of the records of Rappahannock County. After a lengthy discussion, Chairman E. M. Jones appointed J. W. Fletcher, Janjies M. Settle and E. M. Jones, a; committee to investigae and report the qpst of making such additions as n+ay be necessary to this affile.
