The film "Accidents Don’t Just Happen” was developed by the U. S. Public Health Service and it shows how "signals” and combinations of situations, misunderstandings, and other factors have killed more of us than all of the wars of our nation’s history.
The need for research and understanding about accidents is stressed.
"Accidents Don’t Just Happen” is a challenge to every citizen in our area, as individuals and as leaders to- learn more about and to do more about the causes of accidents.
