Acting under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by the degree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, entered on the 15th day of January, 1960, in the pending chancery cause of Frances Trott Baggerly v. Franklin Clyde Baggedy, Incompetent,' I will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Rappahannock County, on _

1. All that certain tract of land known as the Presbyterian Church Lot, referred to as Lot #22 on the land assessment records of Rappahannock County, being the same land acquired by Franklin Clyde Baggerly from Charles W. Warden, et al.< Trustees, by deed dated February 5, 1939, recorded in Deed Book 44, page 177, Save and Except a portion of said lot containing 296-Vi square feet conveyed by Franklin Clyde Baggerly to Clarence O. Oden and Sarah C. Oden, by deed dated May 15, 1952, and recorded in Deed Book 58, page 299.

2. All that certain tract of land located approximately Vi Mile Northeast of the Town of Washington, fronting op JJ. S. Route 211, known as the “Old Mill” property or Jhe “Baggerly Mill Property”, containing 7.852 acres as surveyed by S. M. Boyd, Jr., macfe on May 28, 1959, and filed as Exhibit E. in the aforementioned chancery cause.

i 3. All that certain tract of land containing 7.196 acres, lying on the South side of said "Old Mill” property hereinbefore described in Paragraph 2, also fronting on said U. S. Route 211, and described by survey of S. M. Boyd, Jr., Surveyor, made on May 28, 1959, and filed in the aforementioned

chancery cause of Baggerly v. Baggerly.

The 7.852 Acre tract described hereinabove in Paragraph 2. and the 7.196 Acre tract described in Paragaph 3., will be sold separately and then the two tracts will be offered as a whole, andthe manner in which the two separate tracts bring a greater sum is the method wherein the property will be solid.
