Flower Show To Be
Held April 28
The schedule for the spring flower show “Rappahannock Land We Love", sponsored by the Rappahannock County Garden Club, Thursday, April 28 from 3 until 9 p.m., plainly expresses their love of beauty for local surroundings.
The whole day of Tuesday, April 26 has been set aside to stage and prepare for the big day at the Parish Hill in Washington, Va. This will take the place of the regular monthly meeting and Mrs. C. E. Johnson, staging chairman, will be in Charge. Apple blossoms will be featured in the decorations and whole ; trees are available for use if they Will cooperate by blooming on tiiTMf.
One of the most beautiful classes will be displayed in gold frames with shell ^ink backgrounds on a burgundy panel.
The clasi for men, calling for a composition showing wild life, brings a smile, as some imaginations could run wild.
