Baptist .Youth V/rek
Youth week will be observed at Amissville Baptist Church Sunday, April 24 when the young people will take over the complete superintending of the service.
Miss Luerena Zinn will deliver the worship sermon at the regular 11 o’clock service.' J. L. Jenkins will be superintendent of the Sunday School with Buddy Bywaters acting as treasurer and other young people teaching all classes.
At Training Union in the evening, Teddy Hodge will act as ening, Tedd Hodge will act as director with Nancy Latham instructing the adult section and Carolyn Hodge directing tfie young people. :
Rummage Sales T* Begin
The Ladies Auxiliary to' the Washington Volunteer Fire Company will open their Rummage Sales Friday, May 6. No definite place has been chosen to hold the sales, but everyone is urged to give any saleable articles they cannot use to this organization for their sales. Contact Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr., Mrs. R. L. Cheatham or Mrs. Charles Bruce and they will have the articles picked up.
