Rappahannock County Civil Defense Committee will show a film on civil defense Thursday evening, April 28 at the Amissville Fire Hall at 7: 30 p.m. The infonnation contained in this film strip is vital to everyone and all citizens are urged to attend.
Hikers To Take Hog
Back Mountain
For a hike Sunday, April 24,the Rappahannock IHiking Club has chosen the trail from Rattle Snake Point to Hogback Mountain on the north end of Skyline Drive. Members and anyone who wishes to join them will meet at Sperryville Elementary School at 1:00 p.m. It is advisable to bring a sandwich with you.
At the conclusion of the hike, plans will be made for an all day hike andr-“Cook-Out” within the next two weeks.
