of 100.000. The purpose of the project is to determine- if an accident prevention program can prove a> effective in an overall urbani ir e l-asricultu ral-indust rial area as sfich campaigns have been in specific fields as industry, mining, railroads and traffic.
The theory is that if persons in their everyday life become as accident conscious as those in the fields where safety has long been stressed and practiced, accidental injuries will decline and everyone will be happier with physical pain and loss curfailed.
