Greeley, Administrator of the Estate of Robert Hamilton Wines, et al, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on
Saturday, July 23, 1960 at 11:00 O’clock A. M. on the premises, the following described real estate of which Robert Hamilton Wines died seized and possessed : A valuable unimproved tract or parcel of land situate in Wakefield Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, at Chester Gap, consisting of 10 acres more or less, situate at the intersection of State Routes 522 and 610 and fronting on each of the said roads. The purchasers will assume payment of 1960 taxes. This sale will be subject to the approval and confirmation of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. TERMS OF SALE: CASH H. F.
