Mrs. A. C. Latham, Mrs. T. W. Latham, Misses Susan Woodworth, Judy Latham and Sally Latham spent Monday in Charlottesville where they visited Monticello.
Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Zinn and Miss Nancy Zinn spent Friday in Philippi, VV. Va. where they attended the funeral of Mrs. Zinn’s brother. Miss Luerena Zinn and Mrs. Karl Bricker were over night guests Thursdav of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Harden in Tera Alta, W. Va. and also attended the funeral in Philippi Friday.
Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Smith, Miss Mary Ann Smith and Kenneth Smith of Herndon were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Smith. They were accompanied to Herndon by Miss Elizabeth Latham, who is the guest this week of Mr. and Mrs. John D. Peck and son. Dwight.
Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne and son William, Mrs. Luther Payne and daughters Misses Dorothy and Linda Payne spent the weekend in New Haven, Conn, where they attended the wedding of Miss Ann Soboloff to Franklin Payne., returning home Monday.
