Our Youth Group met Sund iv. August 7th at the Episcopal IV jsh Hall in Washington. Va., wit!', r.n attendance of 25 members.
A discussion based on “The I ' f.-cts of T V.” was held. We .! • cussed the areas of commerr i sponsorship monoply. and the P" s'hle evils that might result from constant TV viewing.
Our second scheduled activuv, n swimming party was decided up rn and it is to be at Woodland Park in Luray on Friday, Augu-t 12th. Transportation will be protided for those going. Our plans 1 arc to leave from the Washington Baptist Church between 3:30 and 4:00 in the afternoon.
The next meeting of the group, to be held August 14, will be at the fire hall in Flint Hill at 7:30.
