Lawrence Stark.s, Washington, Va., was charged with hit and run after backing into the car of Robert Franklin Moore. As the complaining witness failed to appear, the Commonwealfth was unable to sustain the case, W’hich was dismissed.

William Brown, Sperryville, charged w-ith reckless driving (obscured windshield) ; case dismissed.
