The Culpeper Farmers Home Administration Office loaned more initial operating loan funds in fiscal year 1959-60 than any of the other 26 FHA offices in the state. In addition, this office made more Farm Ownership loans than any other office in Virginia. This represents an increase in money loaned of $270,000, with over five times more loans made this year than in the previous fiscal year.
