The automobile above, a 1949 Chevrolet driven by Charles H. Mahoney of Chester Gap, was struck by the 1955 Ford, pictured below, driven by Lewis Foster ofWashington. Va., last Wednesday evening, October 26. Both Mahoney and Foster were killed instantly. The collision occurred on Route 522 between Flint Hill and Front Royal.
