1-H Officers Training
The main program of the Fall Meeting of the 4-H County Council will be the training of 4-H Club officers in the county.
The meeting will be held Friday. November 4th at the Episcopal Parish Hall, Washington, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Training the officers will be: Presidents: Betty Kilby assisted by Mrs. Frank Cary; Vice Presidents: Harrison Powers assisted by Glen Lpdike; Secretary's and Reporters: Herbert Peverill assisted by Mrs. Billy Kilby; Song and (Janie Leaders: Judy Lillard assisted bv Mrs. Barbara Gentry and Devotion Leaders: Sue Many assisted by Miss Louise Hensley.
It is hoped that all 4-H Club officers will attend this meeting.
Methodist Prayer Vigil
The Rappahannock Charge of the Methodist Church will take part in the Virginia Conference Prayer Vigil on Saturday night, November 3th, beginning at 9 p.m. and ending Sunday morning, No\ ember 6tH at 2 a.m. Those persons who will he taking part in this program are asked to refer to their charge newsletter and keep their time as stated.
