Halloween apparently was very quiet in Rappahannock. There were lots of folk out trick or treating, but aside from a little window soaping, I haven’t heard of any mischief done. Don’t know whether the Rappahannock News is so well liked or whether we are just jnot worth bothering with, but our windows were left untouched while those all around us got a good soaping. I am sure ours needed washing worse, too.
