Mrs. 'Alice Dorsey
Alton Brooks arrived here Monday from Philadelphia, Pa. and is spending the week making his home ready for the summer. Mrs. Brooks is expected to arrive about the 17th. (Eddie Paul Johnson of Salem School accompanied Miss Reba Pound and the fourth grade on a tour of Charlottesville Saturday, where they visited Monticello, Ashlawn, and Mickies Tavern.
Mrs. Lottie Thornhill of Boston and Miss Ruby Jean Brooke were in Charlottesville Saturday.
