Aldhizer, II was a j member of the Committee of the] Virginia Commission on Public |Education (currently referred tcy as the Spong Committee) visiting New York schools recently, peeking ways to improve rural schojols. Other members of the Virginia Committee were Judge Jerry G. Bray of South Norfolk Corporation Court and Harold W. Ramsey, Superintendent of Franklin County Schools.
