They were committed in a dozen or more different countries, in all of which he could be made accountable to a war _ crimes tribunal.. However, he is in Israel territory-, as are 200,000 survivors and potential witnesses of the “Final Solution,” and the - most extensive documentation on Nazi war crimes in existence. It is also a principle of common law applied in the United States too, that in existing criminal jurisdiction the courts are not concerned with the manner in which the accused was brought before the court.

Interest In Essay Contest
Interest is being shown in the essay contest on the subject “The Foundation of American Greatness,” being sponsored by the Rappahannock Farm Bureau for high school students.
In announcing the contest, a number of references were suggested. As some of those interested in writing an essay have not been able to secure these books, the RFB is „ having them placed in the high school library.
Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr., Chairman of the essay contest, visited the school recently and talked to the students. Other members of the committee are Mrs. John H. Williams, and Miss Anna Ruth Barnette. The essays must be inr the hands of the Essay Committee by Julyl.
