9’ Tlt5* 29 <* 1£»*> Code of Virginia, as amended, is hereby enacted as a pert of this resolution and incorporated herein as if set forth ver-betim. < Penalties for Violation of the Do* Law: Any person who shall make a false statement in order to secure a dog license to which he is not entitled, shall be fined not lees than five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars. Any person convicted of failure to pay the license tax prior to February first of any year, or as otherwise provided in this chapter, on any dog owned by him, shall be fined not lees than the amount of the license tax required by law to be paid on such dog, nor more than ten dollars, and be required to obtain proper license forthwith, and unless the fine and license is immediately paid, the trial court shall order the dog killed by the Dog Warden or some other officer, but the killing of such dog shall not relieve its owner of the payment of the fine and the license tax already due. If a dog be foundi running and roaming at large at any time of the year in violation of the provisions of Sections 29-191 and 29-192 of the I960 Code of Virginia, its owner shall pay a fine of not leas than two dollars find fifty cents for the first offense and five dollars for each offense thereafter, and, if it is a kenne® dog, the license may he revoked if the law appears to the trial court to have been violated by reason of carelessness or negligence on the part of the owner, who shall thereupon be required to secure individual license on each dog. Any person who presents a false claim or receive* any money on a false claim the provisions of Section 29-202 of the I960 Code of Virginia shall be fined not exceeding one hundred dollars, or imprisoned in jail not exceeding three months, or both. Any other violation of this ordinace for which specific penalty is not provided, shall be a misdemeanor,
