Opens Tonight
Castleton Firemens Carnival opens tonight, Thursday, July 6 and will continue through Saturday the 8th. Some of the attractions of the three-night event are plenty of rides for all ages, the crowning of the Queen which takes place Friday night, a plate supper with ham and chicken, also served Friday, and prizes, games, fun and excitement galore.
Bring the family for a pleasant, wholesome evening of entertainment. Food and drinks will be available each evening.

Benefit Picnic Supper
TTherf will be a picnic supper held on July 8th starting at 4 o’clock at the Recreation Center at Madison, Va. The proceeds from *he supper will go towards the North Madison Patsonage Fund. Supper will be buffet style and prices are $1-25 for adults; children under twelve 75 cents.
There will also be a bake sale along with the supper.
