Mr. and Mrs. D. G. Latng left last Wednesday for a few days in Chicago and a visit with Mrs. Laing’s brother-in-law and sister. Dr. and Mrs. R. B. Rutherford in Peora, 111. Miss Helen Fanning of Yonkers, N. Y. was a weekend guest of Misses Mini and Sue Laing and Noel Laing at Bunree Farm.

Mr. and Mrs. Hammond Clark of Oakton spent the fourth with Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Smith. Miss Jeanne Clark, who has spent ten days with the Smiths, returned to her home with them.

Mr. aad Mrs. Charles Shroeder and children, Lola Lee and Chuckle of Beltimore are spending this Week with Mrs. Shroeder’s moth-, ef, Mrs. Ida Holmes. Mr. and Mrs. Billy Holmes of Opal were guests for the day Tuesday of Mrs. Holmes and her house guests.
