was formerly assistant to Justice Roberts and nowjpractice law. Miss Schneider is associated with Business Week. On the fourth of July, Avon Hall was decorated
with a large American flag with fifty stars and a rejl and white pavilion that was made from a parachute where they entertained out-of-town guests with a picnic supper and display of fireworks.

Keller a Washington attorney; Mrs. Carrigan’s sister, Mrs. Robert Owen and her son and family—Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hutchson, Mrs. Evelyn Jagoe who hat visited here oftAi in Harris Hoi ow and her nephew, Sumers Brown, a Washington attorney, Mr. and Mfs. Sterling lEgelton with the National Gallery, Mr. and Mrs. William Morrison, builder apd Mr. and Mrs. Evan Sholl, restaurant owners, the Misses Audrey and Helen Belt, Miss Sue Swan and Miss Katherine Caldwell, whose father was in the same class at the University as Mr. Clyce Baggarly, theformer owner of Avon Hall.
