In the Democratic primary on Tuesday Tom Fro6t of Warreaton was re-elected to the House of Delegates to represent Rappahannock and Fauquier Counties by a slim 99 vote margin over his opponent John R. Woodward of Marshall.
Mr. Frost topped Mr. Woodward by 129 votes in Rappahannock to gain his majority for he lost in Fauquier by 30 ballots.
Total votes polled in the two counties was 1552 for Frost and 1453 for Woodward.
Jackson District, the Amissville vicinity, was the only District in Rappahannock in which Mr. Woodward carried a majority.
