Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed! by William J. Brown and Sarah Florence Brown, husband and wife, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, dated December 7, 1956, and recorded December 14, 1956* in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 66, page 20^, to secure payment of a certain debt, therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt, and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), the undersigned, James W.
