of Washington D. C. were visitors for several days of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Burke and Mrs. Frank Butler. Mr. and Mrs. Burke had as their guests for dinner Thursday night, Rev. and Mrs. Cecil Carder and family.

Mrs. Annie King and Mrs. Fanny Hackley of Washington, D. C. were guests from Sunday until Tuesday of the Carlyle Browns. Mrs. Margarrt Faulconer of Silver Spring, Md. visited at the Browns Monday and Tuesday.

Miss Danno Rae Clements of Winchester has been a visitor at the home of her grandmother, Mrs. Nellie Marsh since the first of July. Friday evening visitors in the Marsh home were Mrs. Eliza Davis and Mrs. Everette Comer of Orange and John Smith of Griffinsburg.

Mr. and Mrs. .Ernest Fincham of Remington were Wednesday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Fincham. Thursday guests were Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Breeden and family of Crown Point, Ind. Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Fincham visited Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Fincham at Remington. Charles Fincham, who has been the guest of the Charlie Finchams for two weeks returned Sunday to his home in Remington.

Mrs. Ruby Grimsley of Culpeper was a Friday visitor of her daughter, Mrs. Raymond Tomczak.

Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Jenkins attended the funeral of Felton Nicholson Friday in Front Royal. Mrs. George Jenkins and two children returned to their home Saturday after spending the week with her sister, Mrs. Ralph Powell and Mr. Powell and family in Baltimore, Md.
