Letters At Banquet
The first Annual Athletic Banquet was held Tuesday. May 29th in Rappahannock High School cafeteria, with Mr. Paul Nichols of hdint Hill acting as Master of Ceremonies. H. R. Winfrey, Principal, welcomed the students and visitors. j
Rev. Warren Wilbur said grace, after which the delicious ham dinner was served. Music was presented by the Glee Club quartet.
Mr. O. A. Norton and Mr. James Eavey were present to make a few remarks.
Mr. Wilbur, coach of the girls basketball team, presented this group with their school letter; Mr. Bolyard, boys coach, presented the basketball and baseball awards and Mrs. Warren Wilbur, gave the cheerleaders their letters.
