And also to determine the ownership of certain personal property now located In Lot #10. An affidavit having been made and Idea that Presto J. Elkins, Hagood E. E Elkins and Herman Elkins are non-residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the said non-resident defendants, namely: Preston J. Elkins, Hagood E. Elkins and Hermanrakins, do •PPe* within ten days after due publication of this Order and do what is necessary to protect their interest.
