Mr. Earnest Desantis of 128 Dover Rd., Warrenton, has been notified of the publication! and availability of his musical arrangement of the lyrics “Learning To Live”, a religious number of which The Boston Music Co.. B-'ston, Mass., accepted several months ago.
Mr. Desantis (Tony) retired bandmaster of the U.S. Naval T’and in Annapolis, Md., comes from a line of musical talent. His father the late “Pop” Desantis, a bandmaster of the Annapolis Academy Band was recognized in all parts of the world for his compositions.
“Tony” has composed music as a hobby for many years, but not until a few months ago, did he submit a number to a Publishing Co., for examination. Upon his first attempt he was successful.
