Mrs. Stant Weaver entered the University of Virginia Hospital Tuesday for a thorough checkup.

Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda and famiFy of Fairfax were the weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Stant Weaver. Mrs. Leo Wood of Washington, D. C. was the guest of the Weavers for several days.

Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Stuart of Beltsville, Md. spent last week at their home on Blue Ridge Ave. Dr. and Mrs. Jackson Stuart of Petersburg spent the weekend there.

Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Payne Tuesday were Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Payne of Culpeper and Mrs. Herman Soboloff and daughter Barbara of Milford, Conn.

Weekend guests of Mrs L. J. Turner were her son, John, and Miss Sandra Lee Vail of Charlottesville. Supper guests Saturday of Mrs. Turner were Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Lea, Jr.

Mrs. James Metcalfe of Chestertown, Md. and Mrs. Douglas Janney of Fredericksburg were guests for several days of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lee Smith.

Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell and Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett spent the day Friday in Culpeper. Monday, Mrs. Moffett was the guest for dinner of tihe Campbells.
