Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Bowie of Culpeper Joseph Reid and two sons of Arlington Mrs. C. G. Reid, Joe D. Keyser, Mrs. F. Downing Wood, Miss Mary Wood and Mrs. Henry M. Keyser were guests Sunday of Capt. C. G. Reid, Jr. on the S. S. Mormaccove at Baltimore. The Mormaccove left’late Sunday afternoon for several South American ports. W. F. Moffett, Jr. was in Richmond Friday where he joined his son, Frank Moffett who was there with (the VMI corps. After attending the Tobacco Bowl football game between the U. of Va. and V. M. I. Saturday afternoon Cadet Moffett returned home with his father. Enroute they visited Miss Kay Johnston at Madison College. On Sunday Frank returned to Lexington accompanied by Mr. Moffett and Clyde Jenkins.
