Ders to come to tms meeting and bring friends. A general invitation is given to non members to come whether they wish to join or not. It is the hope of the Society to boost its membership to 200 by the Anniversary meeting to be held on County Founding Day, February 8th, I960. There are 175 registered members to date. Will 25 more consider joining? Write to the Treasurer, Jock Brown, Wash i ington, Virginia. The annual membership is $3.00 for individuals, $5.00 for family, and children are $1.00. (Our youngest is only two years old - think of how much research we would have done had we started at two years?) If it is snowing Friday evening, the meeting will be held at a later date. Three Warren Men Given Service Crosses Crosses of Military Service were awarded three Warren Countv residents bv the Warren Rifles Chapter U.D.C. on Sunday, November 28 In the assembly room of the Warren Rifles Museum, Front Royal. Awards were made to David Way Kendrick, Otis Harrison Kibler, veterans of World War II, and William Marvin Steed, a veteran of World War I. Col. D. E. Sellers, dean of Randolph - M a c o n Academy was the guest speaker at the program which was followed by a tea. Mr. Kendrick is a brother of Mrs. Roberta Spalding of Flint Hill.
