Bloodmobile Gets

39 Pints Here

Forty-five donors presented themselves at the Red Cross Bloodmobile Unit when it visited the county on Tuesday. From these donors 39 pints of blood were collected. The donors included two gas customers at Merrill Motor Co. who when invited by Mrs. Oscar Lindgren, came across the street and gave blood. These men, Dwight Sherry of Fredericksburg and Oleyo Parsons of Salem are apparently more aware of the present world situation than the local citizenry.

The people who came to the Bloodmobile were: Mrs. Mary Edna Schaefer, Newbill Millet; Dewey Hudson, Mrs. Roberta Jackson, Mrs. Sarah Latham, Miss Mattie Williams, Miss Anne Thornhill, Charles Palmer, Mrs. Ann Marie Lindgren, T. Carlyle Lea, Mrs. Martha Tholand, Mrs. Dorothy Kuncewicz, Dwight Sherry, F redericksburg, Thomas Massie, and Oleyo Parsons, Salem.
