Smith Roy sustained abrasions of the fore head and nose. John Wayne Settle received a chest injury and was admitted and kept overnight in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. Patri cia Settle was admitted tc £he hospital with lacerations of the face and a possible broken arm. Edward Hitt was taken to Warren Memc rial Hospital and treated ther transferred to Winchester Me morial Hospital with a frac ■tured jaw. Effie Settle, Brende Settle, Bonnie Settle and Rosa Settle were treated for cuts and abrasions at Warren Hospi tal and released. All of the injured except Roy were pas sengers in the Settle vehi cle, said Mr. Buntin. The injured people were taken to the hospital by Flint Hill Rescue Squad.
