The object of the above styled cause, pending in the above entitled Court, is to quiet title to real estate situated in Amissville. Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described in Plaintiff’s bill of complaint herein.
And, affidavit having been duly filed that there may be other persons interested in the subject matter of this suit as heirs, devisees, successors or asigns or otherwise of ADLINE PHILLIPS, who is deceased, or other unknown interested person s born or yet to be born, all of whose names and post office addresses and present whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiffs herein, it is ORDERED that they appear within 10 days after due publication of this order, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest.
And it is ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News and be posted on the front door of the Rappahannock County Court House.
