Beauty Pageant Entry
Deadline Nears
The deadline for entering the 1968 Beauty Pageant which will be held Friday, April 19 under the sponsorship of the Rappahannock Jaycees is draw ing near. Young ladies from the ages of 4 through 20 may qualify if they do so in the next few days. Register with any member of the Jaycees or at Sperryville Corner Store or Rappahannock News Office. Any individual or business wishing to sponsor a contestant may do so in the same manner. Entry fee is $2.00. A pageant rehearsal will be held Thursday night prior to the official pageant at Rappahannock County High School at 7:30 p.m. All contestants should be present.
